Serving Huntsville's and Madison's Space Needs

Jetplex Circle Business Park (JCBP) has specialized in serving the office/warehouse and flex space needs of the Huntsville/Madison business community since 1987. JCBP has about 40 acres and 311,000 SF of office/warehouse space. The proximity of the Park to Huntsville International Airport, local roads, and FedEx allows tenants up to two more hours per day to turn products around for their customer base. JCBP is owned by Jetplex Associates I.

In 1987, JCBP purchased seven acres on which is constructed three buildings at 113, 115 and 117 Jetplex Circle Drive in Madison. In 2000, JCBP purchased an additional 17 acres on Production Avenue in Madison, which adjoins the Jetplex Circle land. We enhanced this property by constructing Production Court, thereby creating several attractive building sites.

We have constructed three buildings on the Production Avenue property at 485 and 495 Production Avenue, and 1003 Production Court. We have purchased the existing building at 500 Production Court, a 42,500 SF office/warehouse building contiguous to our existing properties. At present, we have about eleven acres of additional property on which to construct more buildings. We are currently completing the leasing of 485 Production Avenue, a building which is ideal for serving the northern Alabama market.

In 2005, we began development of Buildings D and E on Production Court. In addition, we acquired eight acres of Production Avenue, directly across from FedEx, which are available for development.
